We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator who can provide support within the Customer Service team of a large transport company. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, previous experience in 3PL customer service and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties.

This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who is looking for long term employment opportunities, can roll with the punches and his highly organised when managing multiple tasks.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Coordination improvement through scheduling.
  • Scheduling FCL
  • Wharf Exception - Import
  • Wharf Acceptance - Export
  • Monitoring Customs / Bio Security requirements
  • Monitor customer specific empties (Trailers at customers)
  • Review adhoc's and capture additional TPT / additional shipment charging
  • Client systems - Specific administration and data management (additional experience req)
  • Cross training on Mirroring, Wharf planning, Allocation
  • Scheduling 3PL unpack (ADHOC Requests + AQIS)- WFT, LITS monitoring Drop downs and WMS
  • Generic PWS Upload for FCL clients / AQIS accounts if required - occasional
  • CFS Tally in and out - Blind Gate In and Gate out FCL / LCL -container work order monitoring

Qualifications And Skills

  • Previous experience in 3PL customer service highly valued
  • High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
  • Highly organised
  • Resilient
