The Change Management and Assurance Coordinator will:

- Ensure that PTSA has a robust safety change process that addresses the requirements of Rail Safety National Law (RSNL) and support continual improvement of the PTSA Safety Management System (SMS).
- Broaden awareness of the SMS and engage with stakeholders including directors/managers to ensure they understand their respective rail safety responsibilities.
- Develop and manage an assurance plan including a risk-based auditing program.
- Coordinate compliance activities against the (Rail) SMS throughout the department as required.
- Engage with the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator in matters that relate to the Safety Management System.

**Qualifications/Experience**
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent and relevant professional experience is desirable.

Lead Auditor qualifications are desirable.

Significant experience in the development and management of a Safety Management System.

Knowledge and working experience of the _Rail Safety National Law (SA) Act 2012_ and _Work Health and Safety Act 2012_ is desirable.

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Remuneration**
ASO7 - $108,109 to $116,864 pa + superannuation.
