The purpose of the AP+ Commercial team is to offer customers a full range of products and solutions adapted to their needs, which bring them unique, innovative experiences - delivering strong revenue growth for AP+ aligned to the company strategy. It is responsible for owning AP+’s commercial relationships, leading AP+’s business development activity, driving the AP+ brand and marketing strategy, and managing AP+ communications.

**Role Purpose**:
To bring sanity to the professional lives of busy executives by Providing administrative support and assistance on day-to-day, regular and irregular matters. To be a key conduit to the Company Secretary, Board, and Board committees and ensure clear and open lines of communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments and ensure executives are briefed in advance of meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including assistance with agendas, dial-in details, meeting preparation, and distribution of papers, as directed
- Assist with Corporate card reconciliation and submission process for Executives.
- Meeting pack preparation and distribution as required
- Prepare purchase orders and facilitate approval of invoices in line with company procedures and delegations
- Identify and implement procedural changes to improve operational efficiency in conjunction with other team members
- Maintain company intranet pages for allocated business units
- Liaise with other EAs to build a forum for sharing, learning and best practice

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC or equivalent education; tertiary qualifications desirable
- At least 5 years of experience providing support at the executive level to a management team.
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
- Experience using SharePoint is desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining confidential information
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Is committed to delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Communicates detailed information clearly, both verbally and in writing. Able to communicate to stakeholders in a variety of forums
- Takes personal responsibility for, and pride in own work. Has a ‘can-do approach. Makes the best use of own time to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates professionalism and manages self appropriately in the workplace. Displays a positive attitude
- Understands and can link own work to the company’s goals and objectives
