**Head of Business Implementation**

**What you’ll do**- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be the business lead for all transformation activities and plans, overseeing the successful implementation of all investment plan programs.- Accountable for the implementation of transformation plans into the business and to customers which ensures and enables the business and commercial objectives.
- In partnership with the Transformation Program Manager ensure all activities, plans and stage gates are established and facilitate key decisions from the executive team.
- Oversee the execution of all implementation activities, including business operating models, communication plans, risk and mitigation plans and change management activities.
- Work in partnership with Product GMs to understand business cases, customers and ensure alignment with approach and outcomes.
- Lead the execution of all business related tasks as it applies to the transformation program(s).
- Coordination and leadership of cross functional teams executing implementation activities.
- Reporting and providing status updates to the executive team on implementation and migration plans

**What experience you need**
- 3 - 5 years experience in a large transformation in large organisation, big bank or other.
- Business and commercial accumen
- Leading large customer migrations
