Head of Group IT and Business Solutions

Directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Head of Group IT and Business Solutions will be responsible for overseeing the Company's IT operations and spearheading the development and implementation of technology driven business solutions.

The Head of Group IT and Business Solutions will analyse current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions, upgrades and provide training.

**Responsibilities include**:

- IT Strategy and Planning
- Team Leadership and Management
- Business Solutions Development
- Technology Infrastructure and Security
- Vendor Management
- Budget Management IT Governance and Compliance

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in progressively responsible IT management roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and delivering technology-driven business solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Environment and Solutions, Azure Cloud, Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of IT security and risk management best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in implementing, configuring and testing IT solutions
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- This role is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney OR NSW Central West (Dubbo) with occasional travel required._
