Newly created role for a Head of Implementations to join a SaaS business in the city.

In this position you will be responsible for circa 20 employees (direct and indirect) across the PMO and Implementation functions.

You will need a strong PM pedigree to further mature the PMO framework, ensuring projects are delivered in full and on time.

Skill set / Experience needed
- Experience managing managers (being a leader of leaders)
- Prior experience working in a SaaS / vendor environment
- Strong Project Management experience, having successfully delivered multiple software projects previously
- Experience in PMO maturity
- Prior exposure to leading an Implementation team
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction across all customer implementations
- Strong communication skills to be able to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams
- A focus on driving efficiencies and improving processes (internally and externally)
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and help deliver projects and software when called upon
- Working with the SteerCo and Exec teams to update on client successes and initiatives
- Support the Product teams and technical teams where necessary
- Experienced operating in a fast paced, lean software company

The company offers full WFH flexibility, but with the expectation you will go to client sites when required.
