**Employment type - Temporary 12 months (Full Time) 35 hours**

**Clerk grade 5/6. Salary - $99,398 - $110,271 pa plus employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**
- Lead and manage recruitment process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent acquisition outcomes that align with organisational goals.

**What you’ll do**
- As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide variety of roles across Corrective Services NSW — from job requisition through to offer and onboarding.
- Deliver mass recruitment campaigns, playing a key part in meeting the workforce needs of our frontline roles in CSNSW.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, attraction strategies in line with NSW Government policies.
- Contribute to fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment processes that reflect public sector values.

**What we’re looking for**
- We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume, or campaign recruitment.
- Has Strong experience in recruitment and selection, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, as well as sound working knowledge of fundamental recruitment legislation and best practice principles.
- Has demonstrated experience working with HR systems and/or recruitment management systems (e.g. IworkforNSW, Taleo) advantageous but not required.
- Has worked with contractor and contingent workforce recruitment (preferred but not essential)
- Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing high-quality, proactive support
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to contributing to the public good with integrity and professionalism.
