At Talent Acquisition, our vision is to be a trusted, customer centric, strategic advisor that provides talent acquisition expertise and services that will help DCJ deliver better outcomes for the community.
**What you’ll do**
You will lead a small project team within our Talent Acquisition division in the successful delivery of projects and initiatives which improve our talent practice and our process and systems to enable our talent function to continue to hire great people.
You will also play the lead role in ensuring inclusive hiring practices continue to be integrated into everything we do, while proactively measuring the effectiveness of these and making improvements as you go.
You’ll spend a lot of time cross collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, to help diagnose problems and shape the right solutions.
At the same, time you will be heavily involved in, monitoring and driving team performance and results.
**What we’re looking for**
You are a strong strategic thinker and are able to connect the dots to ensure the talent acquisition function has the right infrastructure, tools and capability to reach, attract, engage, assess and on-board talent, tackling the challenges of hiring now but more importantly are ready to deliver in the future.
You look at things from different perspectives and plan the best solutions to problems, based on evidence, creating clarity with each complex concept and intentionally articulating strategic alignment to your project team.
You thrive on getting things done, but you know how to lead others to ensure your team deliver. Your projects are well scoped, your team are clear on the outcome they are trying to achieve and you have tight controls in place to ensure your team remain on track and deliver on time and in budget.
You’re an effective communicator. You frame your words well, understand your audience and you have strong written skills.
You have extensive experience in leading project teams and experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
