**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Drive the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions and levels.
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Utilise data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand, leveraging social media, events, and partnerships to attract top talent.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the talent acquisition function.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners.

This key role is an opportunity to lead and shape the talent acquisition function for three of our four entities. As Cater Care continues to grow, this is an exciting time to join the journey and a role where you can implement ideas and initiatives to see an immediate difference.

**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have a considerable number of years of experience in talent acquisition including within a leadership role alongside a proven ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies. Key attributes for this role include:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for people, diversity, and creating an inclusive workplace.
