As a trusted Advisor of the Talent Acquisition Team and a key member of the PC&W Advice & Services Team, you will be focused on the implementation and development of effective tools and methods, including online recruitment tools to assist Managers with effective and efficient recruitment.

**About the Role**

The role would see you;
- Partnering with hiring managers to assess business needs, conducting job briefs and providing strategic TA advice
- Drafting & writing best practice job advertisements
- Participating in panel interviews
- Training and guiding hiring managers through a self-managed recruitment process
- Providing advice on recruitment practices, legislative requirements and procedure
- Striving for Best-Practise recruitment
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Overseeing the onboarding process assisted by the Recruitment Officer & administrative support team

You will have the support of a high-performing PC&W team who are equally as passionate about delivering specialist advice, technical and management support to a dynamic organisation.

**About You**

Some key attributes for your success in this role include:

- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and practices in order to understand the linkages between Talent Acquisition and other HR practice areas
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Legislation that governs recruitment

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting and coordinating recruitment processes in a medium to large diverse organisation
- Previous experience with online recruitment tools and advertising tools
- Demonstrated experience preparing job advertisements and other recruitment process
- HR qualifications desired but not necessary

We are offering an attractive salary package **from $93,903 - $103,386** (plus superannuation)
