**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- You will provide day-to-day support in **management of recruitment activities**, including coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment checks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the planning and execution of **recruitment events and group interview sessions**.
- Follow the end-to-end recruitment process, advocate best practice and ensure compliance with company standard and procedures.Support the broader Talent Acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division as required.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong **administration experience**, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent **communication skills**with the ability to **collaborate and build relationships**with team members.
- Proactive and motivated individual with a high **attention to detail**and methodical approach to following processes and procedures.
- An ability to **stay organised**, effectively **prioritise tasks**and **manage time**to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Systems savvy with proficient **MS Office**skills and experience with recruitment management / AT systems (Oracle HCM Cloud desirable).
