**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 month contract paying up to $80 / hour + Super. This role is flexible in term of being based anywhere however will require a drivers license to travel around regional NSW.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Training coordinator with a leading NSW Government agency to oversee the delivery and quality education and assessment services to the staff

Key accountabilities include:

- Design, develop, plan, coordinate and deliver specialised digital and IT training and education programs based on system requirements
- Provide multiple digital learning opportunities for staff through various channels, including statewide interactive and online training and face-to-face regionally-based digital training.
- Assist with user acceptance testing of newly developed and rolled out digital and face-to-face training programs as well as provide comprehensive digital support and advice to stakeholders
- Proficient in contemporary software for creating training materials and courses
- Train staff in a “train the trainer”
- Continuously improve digital training packages and course documentation to ensure they remain relevant and effective for future use.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, learning and development, adult education or equivalent, or extensive demonstrated experience in a learning and development role.
- Motivated and be able to think outside the box
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to develop meaningful professional relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Current NSW Drivers license and willingness to travel throughout regional NSW
