**Training Coordinator**
- **Pay rate: $35 -$40 per hour + Super**:

- **Immediate start: 12-month contract**:

- **Sydney or Melbourne location/Hybrid**

Our client is a Global Tech leader who is seeking a highly motivated and energetic training coordinator for a 12-month temporary assignment, starting immediately. The role will offer work from home flexibility and can be completed in either Sydney or Melbourne.

This role is a great opportunity for an individual to showcase coordination and scheduling skills through organising training workshops for internal and external stakeholders.

**Duties within the role will include but not limited to**:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to coordinate and facilitate training programmes workshops, and events
- Provide virtual day-of coordination and production support, including technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Manage and monitor virtual training sessions, ensuring participants have access to all required tools and resources.
- Manage course evaluations and report program performance
- Schedule presenters and/or facilitators for respective courses.
- Book conference rooms, coordinate catering, and coordinate delivery of training supplies.
- Prepare presentations and analysis of training sessions/events
- Perform data entry into spreadsheets

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years of related experience in Training and Development/Events/Administration
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office
- Experience using: Zoom/Zoom Breakout Rooms/ Google Apps
- High level of attention to detail, strong written and presentation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Great team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional communicator with a customer and client focus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
