**Company Description**:
Our client, a prominent manufacturer and supplier of High-Pressure Water jetting and pumps serving various industrial sectors across Australia, is currently seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join their Sydney team. With a focus on the East Coast region, primarily in Sydney, this role involves occasional travel. The company is located in South West Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive professional training over a three-week period at the start of employment.
- Conduct accredited courses for both corporate clients and private customers, while addressing their specific training requirements.
- Drive sales and equipment rentals for the business, as well as for other represented brands and their accessories.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Training initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- A current (**TAE40116**) certification from RTO and a strong interest in specialized mechanical equipment.
- With HR (High Risk) training experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Industrial background, Mechanical or Electrical and Cert IV in Training highly preffered.
- Able to travel
