Training Coordinator

Reporting to the Process Excellence Manager, the Training Coordinator works closely with the Fulfilment Centre teams and Leaders to assist with developing SOPs along with facilitating training programs designed to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs effectively.
About The Role..
Training design and delivery
- Create and maintain FC training content: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and One‑Point Lessons (OPLs).
- Plan, organise and deliver regular training and upskilling sessions; ensure on‑the‑job performance aligns with standard work.
- Coordinate and facilitate FC onboarding, including agency conversions, ensuring new starters are competent to standard.
- Maintain and deliver compelling FC tours for internal and external stakeholders.
Continuous improvement
- Identify process gaps and standardisation opportunities across FC operations.
- Collect, analyse and interpret training and process performance data to spot trends and root causes.
Compliance and quality control
- Maintain accurate training records: attendance, assessments, certifications and version control of materials.
- Support QA reviews of FC documentation and ensure alignment with safety, policy and audit requirements.
Stakeholder partnership
- Work closely with Leaders of the business to prioritise training needs, share updates and gather feedback.
- Partner with People & Culture on cyclical people processes and employee engagement actions.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety to embed a safety‑first mindset in all training.
What It Takes
- Passionate and confident in guiding new starters and existing teams on their learning journeys through facilitation and support.
- Capable in documenting operational processes and confident in demonstrating these
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including verbal, written and visual.
- A confident multi-tasker and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with practical problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
- Experience planning and prioritising multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced setting.
- Stakeholder management working across various teams such as Operations, Health &Safety & P&C Teams.
