As a Paid Media Trader, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is responsible for the preparation & execution of digital media campaigns, including gathering of assets, trafficking, creation of ad serving tags, troubleshooting, QA and reporting.

You will be tasked with supporting Cartology’s Off Network Sales & Product team through buying and implementation of multi-channel Programmatic campaigns.

This role is based in Surry Hills, and we offer a flexible work environment.

In addition you will be responsible for:

- Buying & implementation of multi-channel programmatic campaigns
- Activating campaigns using 1st party data
- Providing reporting and insights back to sales and product teams on campaign performance
- Identifying trends/learning’s for future campaigns, as well as opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Support the scoping & rollout of new products & platforms
- Stakeholder management across a variety of internal teams and external partners & vendors
- Supporting internal stakeholders on related queries and projects

**About You**

To be a successful Paid Media Specialist, you will have strong analytical skills and prior experience demonstrating sound problem solving.

You must have the ability to overcome challenges and be solutions focused to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both Cartology and our clients and agencies.

You’ll also be well organised and a self starter with a keen eye for detail

**Essential**
- Experience with Programmatic trading
- Experience with DSP’s such as DV360 / Doubleclick, TheTradeDesk, Adobe or AppNexus
- Strong understanding of advertising campaign workflows, systems and technologies
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to get to root cause and resolve issues
- Highly numerate with experience analysing data sets

**Desirable**
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Highly numerate with experience analysing data sets
- Hold an understanding online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
- Understand Test & Learn frameworks and execute accordingly
- Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
- Proven ability to learn at a fast pace
