**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake business development activities to recruit apprentice and trainee students for the program.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for the Certificate III in Hospitality program, with a focus on front-of-house operations, including food and beverage services.
- Develop, review, and update training materials and curriculum to align with the Certificate III in Hospitality standards and industry requirements.
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and support the development of students in the program.
- Foster and maintain relationships with industry partners for student recruitment.
- Participate in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with industry trends and educational best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Hospitality Management, particularly in front-of-house and food and beverage services.
- Experience in delivering training for Certificate III in Hospitality or similar programs.
- Proven business development skills with experience in attracting and enrolling students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $71,714.61 - $174,193.86 per year
