The Realm Precinct is busier than ever; and now searching for a highly motivated and self-driven **Business Development Executive**to join our rapidly expanding, innovative and award winning Team, in a Fully Time capacity. This role can be located in either our Sydney, Canberra or Newcastle offices. Option for hybrid work or flexible work arrangements.

**About the role**

Working in a fun and lively environment, the **Business Development Executive**is responsible for developing and maintaining sales activity for assigned account base in order to generate revenue, in line with annual business plans and strategic revenue plans for Doma Hotels. The **BDE** will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities to drive continual business and revenue into the Doma Groups portfolio of Hotels.
- $90,000 base plus superannuation (relocation allowance if required)
- prospect for new business via tools available, telemarketing and face-to
- face meetings
- draft and review contracts and RFP’s
- conduct site inspections showcasing the portfolio of Doma Hotels to new and existing clients
- monitor competitor information and activities through client feedback, local knowledge and research
- meet minimum sales calls/appointment targets weekly
- proactively source leisure group business for the DOMA hotels portfolio
- represent and promote Doma Hotels through trade shows and industry events
- prepare sale reports as required for senior management
- conduct quarterly reviews with allocated account base

Naturally, your previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:

- ability to develop, build and manage strong professional relationships
- in depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- strong local market and competitors' knowledge
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- strong negotiation & follow up skills
- advanced time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- flexibility to travel interstate if required
