
HR Assistant/administrator

Our client, a globally recognized manufacturing company based in North Melbourne, is currentlyrecruiting for an **HR**. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their career and lead within a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist employees with Expense Claims: Help employees fill in the “Employee Expense ClaimForm.”
- Track Employee Safety Shoes/Clothing Claims: Maintain an Excel spreadsheet recording theemployee's name, date of purchase, and cost of safety products.
- Organize and Manage Keys: Distribute keys to employees. Maintain a key logbook for masterkeys, locker keys, gate passes, etc.
- Maintain Employee Profiles and Files: Keep employee profiles and files up-to-date. Verifyemployees’ visa statuses.
- Liaise with Office Suppliers: Contact suppliers for office supplies or services.
- Conduct Stocktakes: Perform regular stocktakes and maintain inventory records in conjunctionwith an accountant.
- Implement and Monitor Office Safety Protocols: Regularly check the first aid box. Ensure thefirst aid box is sufficiently stocked.
- Process Payroll: Independently process payroll.
- Handle Ad Hoc Administrative Requests: Manage miscellaneous administrative tasks asrequested by staff and management.
- Organise training for employees as per the training schedule sent by head office and/or asrequired by management.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to multitask but prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with management and workshop personnel atall levels.
- Maintain a firm but approachable attitude with stakeholders at all levels.
- A sense of strategy and diplomacy.
- Possess a strong willingness to learn.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
