THE OPPORTUNITY
Lotte Duty Free is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle, while contributing to engagement, culture, and process improvement initiatives.
This is more than just an administration role. You will have exposure to a broad range of HR activities, from onboarding and compliance to policy support and engagement programs. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and want to develop your HR career within a supportive and global organisation, this is the opportunity for you.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Managing end-to-end onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding
- Responding to staff queries and supporting compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports for leadership
- Assisting with policies, communications, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinating office administration and team events
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes.
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
- At least 2 years' experience in HR administration or a related role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR best practice and workplace legislation desirable.
