Excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a leading Construction organisation.
**The Company**
This ASX listed Construction organisation who are a leader in their field who are looking for administrative support in their HR Team
**The Role**
You will be reporting into the HR Manager and some of the roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the HR inbox and act as a first point of reference for HR queries from staff and managers across the business.
- Manage the HR aspects of the payroll process, including processing employment variations, requests to cash out leave, child support deductions etc. and work with Payroll Central to facilitate the payroll process.
- Co-ordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding for employees and temporary staff ensuring all items on the onboarding and offboarding checklists are complete.
- Undertake administrative related tasks relating to cyclical activities such as performance reviews and salary reviews.
- Manage apprenticeships, including engaging with local providers to facilitate registration of new apprentices, actioning incentive claims, monitoring apprentice progression and processing rate increases as required.
- Generate and maintain personnel files, including updates to personal details and employment variations.
- Co-ordinate processes, documents and records for employee movements and changes including updating organisational charts.
- Co-ordinate training and development requirements, making course bookings, liase with attendees and facilitators and manage and track attendance.
- Maintain all HR records in Navision, including position lists, user setup, shift patterns, and branch / division codes.
- Maintain all HR forms and templates ensuring they are up to date and uploaded to the Intranet.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team where required such as maintaining registers, filing, setting up meetings, and other tasks as required.
- Manage the HR Calendar and ensure HR cyclical activities are scheduled and on time.
- Collate HR data to produce regular and ad-hoc HR reporting as required.
- Manage purchasing for the HR team, including raising purchase orders and receipting invoices.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Talent Acquisition Partner with the recruitment and selection process as required.
