About the role
We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Partner Marketing Lead, to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, engaging members and promoting partner offerings. This role requires expertise in digital and targeted 1:1 marketing, a data-driven approach, stakeholder management, and strong copywriting skills.
As our Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, best in class data-driven marketing campaigns and activity- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design campaign strategies that align with program goals and member interests- Manage the end-to-end execution of partner campaigns- Track and analyse partner campaign performance metrics- Identify trends and insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business- Experience in campaign management, copywriting, and communications. Experience within the rewards or loyalty program industry would be a plus- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs or retail e-commerce- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail-
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics and AI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Tableau, Power BI, Copilot, ChatGPT)
