Location: Victoria Pride Centre – St Kilda

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Business Partner to lead impactful, values-driven campaigns that promote BHN's programs, services, and community impact.

In this role, you'll partner with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated communication plans across digital and traditional channels—ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and audience engagement. You'll also support internal communications, reputation management, and community engagement, while coordinating a small team and contributing to BHN's strategic goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in marketing and communications, ideally in health or community sectors

  • Strong skills in campaign development, content creation, and stakeholder engagement
