Through our **AI Factory platform**, we deliver Australian-made AI that enterprises and government can trust. We are growing an ecosystem of partners to take this capability to market.
**The Role**:
We’re seeking a **Partner Ecosystem Lead** to shape and grow this partner network. Your focus will be on turning relationships into qualified opportunities and ensuring that we are working on the right deals with the right partners. You’ll work closely with technology vendors, channel providers, and enterprise buyers to create momentum around Maincode’s Australian-made AI.**
**Location: Melbourne/Sydney (Flexible)**
**You will**:
- Build and manage the **partner ecosystem**, developing relationships across technology vendors, distributors, and channel providers.
- Qualify and prioritize **joint opportunities**, working with partners to decide which deals matter and where Maincode adds unique value.
- Engage directly with **C-suite buyers and vendor executives** to shape enterprise AI conversations.
- Drive **co-selling motions**, enabling partners to bundle Maincode’s AI Factory, Matilda, and Australian-made AI capabilities into their offerings.
- Create **repeatable playbooks** for partner success, ensuring long-term alignment and pipeline growth.
**Who You Are**:
- ** Channel-fluent**. You understand how vendor and partner ecosystems work and how to leverage them for impact.
- ** Sales-smart**. You can qualify opportunities fast, focus on high-value plays, and drive them through enterprise cycles.
- ** Comfortable with executives**. You’ve sat across from CxOs and VPs in vendor orgs and know how to navigate boardroom conversations.
- ** Strategic operator**. You see the ecosystem as a gameboard, not just a collection of deals.
- ** Feels like a Maincoder**. Hungry, mission-driven, thrives in ambiguity, and loves to ship.
**Backgrounds We Think Might Fit**:
- Channel or partner sales leader from a technology vendor (cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software, semiconductors).
- Strategic BD or ecosystem operator with deep exposure to enterprise and vendor go-to-market.
- Ex-founder or GTM lead who has built a channel from scratch.
- Or someone adjacent who knows how to play the partner game at scale.
