**How you'll make an impact**:
- As Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Xero Australia's partner community, which includes accountants and bookkeepers. Your main focus will be to empower and inspire these partners to not only use Xero for their own practice but also become advocates and actively promote our platform to their small business clients.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving community interactions and implementing strategic marketing programs. With your deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and the small business landscape, you will develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with both partners and their clients. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and sales enablement, to align efforts and maximize the impact of partner marketing initiatives.
**What you'll do**:
- Ideate and deliver the strategic AU Partner Marketing plan and roadmap aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives, product/industry milestones, and the wider AU Operating priorities.
- Leverage data and insights to create strategic and tactical GTM campaigns and initiatives ensuring accountability to forecast targets.
- Immerse yourself in the partner's world by staying updated on Xero's product updates, end to end partner journey, segmentation, research, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and community forums to inform and refine your marketing approaches.
- Seek proactive ways to better understand our target audience (deadlines, jobs to be done, existing base breakdown, contribution to revenue) so that these insights can feed into campaigns and conversations.
- Work with key stakeholders to set the strategy for optimising partner lifecycle marketing at key stages across multiple channels.
- Execute on a calendar of activity for both Xero owned and sponsored events that demonstrate the value of Xero to our existing partner base and extend our reach across multiple channels at key stages.
- Build strong relationships with strong relationships with global and regional Marketing, Events, Sales, Product, Ecosystem, Comms, CX and Education teams.
