**About the role**

This position will play a key role in the development and delivery new standards/processes and ways of working while driving the development of the risk capability within the business. Those responsibilities would include:

- Define Risk strategy and establish and maintain Risk Management standards and processes aligned to this strategy to ensure a consistent approach to Risk Management.
- Define the strategy and drive the implementation of the selected software for Risk Management for Babcock Australasia.
- Establish Communities of Practise for Risk Management to upskill the respective community by sharing knowledge and best practice.

**About you**

Holding extensive experience in a similar role, you will come with a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management along with holding a Membership in a professional body (AIPM preferred).
