**The Opportunity**:
The Capability Team support RTWSA Insurance and Claims Agents to build and maintain capability across industry to ensure RTWSA consistently delivers on both our customer experience and scheme objectives. We achieve this by implementing and monitoring RTWSA Insurance’s Capability Framework to mitigate Insurance capability risks.

Capability Advisors support both RTWSA Insurance Team and Agents to build and maintain capability by
- Supporting leaders across Insurance teams (Service Delivery Operations, Premiums and Claims Agents) by designing and leading short-term projects and programs that investigate, analyse and mitigate specific capability risks
- Collaboration and research across RTWSA and industry to develop and embed broader, long term programs that promote RTWSA and Insurance Claims Agents as an attractive industry of choice (i.e. industry attraction and retention strategies, career pathways, national professional standards for claims management, etc.)

**The Role**:
Capability Advisor
- Lead and deliver both short and long term projects and/or programs of work that identify and/or mitigate capability risks, as directly aligned to RTWSA and Insurance strategies.
- Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships & partnerships across RTWSA’s Insurance Team, Business Units, Agents and other across-Scheme participants to meet capability targets and deliverables
- Monitor, measure, analyse, assess and report on the ongoing capability needs of RTWSA’s Insurance Team and Agents to ensure the early identification of risks to Scheme deliverable and to mitigate risks.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, e.g., education, allied health, law or social policy
- Strong program execution skills preferred with experience supporting and/or leading projects/programs of works autonomously, including delivering measurable outcomes within timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to design, lead and/or support relevant programs of work, evidencing effective and productive working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Broad experience in Workers Compensation or like-Insurance industry (including an understanding of best practice claims management and technical requirements) is highly regarded but not essential,
- Experience in planning, writing, coordinating and/or delivering training programs within organisational settings

**What we offer**:
The total remuneration package for this Level 5 position is starting from $107,842 (exclusive of superannuation).
