We are seeking a Delivery Risk Manager to play a key role in safeguarding NEC’s service excellence by identifying, managing, and mitigating risk across our customer portfolios.

**About the role**

As the Delivery Risk Manager, you will oversee risk management across Delivery, further developing NEC’s frameworks and methodologies to maintain compliance and proactively manage exposure.

You’ll be responsible for transforming NEC’s Delivery Risk Framework, while fostering awareness and driving a culture of risk accountability and ownership throughout the organisation.
- Must hold or meet requirements to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Transformation of NEC’s Delivery Risk Framework across Managed Services.
- Manage risk governance requirements.
- Drive team efficiency and ensure high-quality output across delivery and support functions.
- Monitor and report risk trends, exposures and mitigation efforts to senior leadership and Risk forums.
- Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships throughout NEC.
- Educate internal stakeholders on risk practices and ensure widespread adoption across teams.

**Professional Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience as an IT Risk Manager, ideally within a Managed Services or Service Delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements related to ICT risk.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
- Ability to brief and influence C-level stakeholders on IT risk and mitigation approaches.
- Experience designing and implementing Risk Management Frameworks.
- Government or public sector experience is highly regarded.
