**About the role**

The **PM Capability Manager,** Australasia leads the strategic and tactical development of the workforce for Babcock Australasia in line with the current and future demands of the business. This includes:

- Development and management of the Programmatics Career Development framework
- Development and coordination of the Programmatics skills development and training programme
- Coordination of mentoring and career development support for the programmatic workforce
- Support of the Babcock Australasian Early Careers and D&I activities related to Programmatics.

This role will also facilitate the superior performance of all programs driven by the implementation of the Global Project Management Framework.

You will hold extensive experience in a similar role and come with a bachelor's degree in engineering/project management or a related field.
