I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Agency who is seeking x25 APS4 Project Support Officers to join their newly established Transitions Team.

**Your new role**

The APS4 Project Support Officer will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities. The APS4 Project Support Officer may have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
- Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS4 Project Support Officer, you will need:

- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
- Good understanding and experience using a variety of systems/digital platforms
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
- Experience in data entry
- Experience producing and collating reports desired
- Experience liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Australian Citizenship
