I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Agency who is seeking an APS4 Executive Assistant for a full time 3 month temporary assignment, with the potential of further extension to 12 months.

**Your new role**

As the APS4 Executive Assistant you will work across multiple Branches supporting the Branch Manager, completing operational and/or administrative tasks of moderate complexity or difficulty including:

- Preparing replies to correspondence, briefing material and handling confidential papers.
- Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for committees and projects.
- Undertaking research and investigations as requested.
- Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions on behalf of the branch, Regional Manager, and other Agency staff.
- Providing high level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the Agency.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS4 Executive Assistant, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- IT proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong admin/coordination support skills
- Strong calendar and diary management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
