**Your Impact**
Lead the onshore & offshore HR Support team to deliver services which include but are not limited to HR Operations, HRIS data quality, Organisational Management, L&D/Talent/Rewards admin, E2E process improvement in “Hire-to-Retire” processes.
**Key responsibilities**
In this key role reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services you will be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, leadership and coordination of transactional HR related services in the “Hire-to-Retire” process.
Specifically, you will;
- Provide input into the Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy
- Lead and manage the execution of “Hire-to-Retire” process activities including (but not limited to) HRIS data quality management, organisational management, onboarding & offboarding processes, administrative support for learning & development, talent acquisition & rewards, compliance to relevant controls and employee information retention requirements
- Provide input into and support implementation of the roadmap for HR Support optimisation program, aligned to the overall Business Optimisation, Automation and Integration strategy
- Lead and manage onshore and offshore team to create a ‘One Team’ approach
- Adherence to the Yearly people cycle including achievement goal setting, mid-year/full-year performance reviews, development planning, talent review and succession management for team
- Facilitate implementation of change initiatives
**About You**
With your extensive experience in delivering transactional HR services in a Lead role, you will have a strong customer focus and a continuous process improvement mindset.
Bring your drive, passion for HR and Operational excellence, resilience, high attention to detail and perseverance while working with our hard working and supportive team
In addition, you will bring;
- Previous experience in Success-factors SAP or related systems
- Understanding of key HR processes, cyclical and ad hoc
- Worked with onshore and offshore resources
- Service mentality to everything you do
- Understanding of HR Data
- Prior experience in inter related HR functions also highly desirable
