**The Role**:
Our Logistics Coordinators play a critical role at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient delivery outcomes for our customers. They are the bridge between our shippers and carriers, managing high volumes of freight activity while maintaining strong relationships and a sharp eye on performance and service quality.

You’ll also collaborate closely with teams across Product, Solutions, and Sales, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for our partners. This is a high-energy, supportive environment where innovation, teamwork, and a passion for problem-solving thrive.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Own key relationships with shippers and carriers**:

- manage expectations, resolve issues, and drive service improvements.
- **Allocate shipments smartly**, matching the right loads to the right carriers using real-time insights and operational judgement.
- **Monitor capacity and data** to ensure we deliver on time, every time.
- **Troubleshoot technical issues**, becoming the go-to expert for reliable, efficient service.
- **Be first-line support** - manage calls and provide outstanding, solutions-focused service.
- **Turn challenges into wins** by confidently handling inquiries and building lasting partnerships.
- **Educate and empower carriers** to get the most from Ofload’s tech and services.
- **Accurately track interactions** in our platform, keeping everything clear and actionable.
- **Collaborate, share feedback, and innovate** to enhance processes and customer experience.
