Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build strong rapport with both existing and potential customer base
- Expand current customer base through seeking out new profitable opportunities
- Manage customer expectations
- Manage pipeline sales and opportunities
- Provide market intelligence as requested on both customers and competitors
- Develop and manage weekly call plans
- Participate in the development of company’s budget and forecast as required
- Prepare monthly reports as required
- Effectively balance the needs of the customer and internal capabilities and company’s requirements
- Ensure all relevant departments are aware of key project timeframes and kept up to date on changes
- Promote and maintain high standards of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Any additional tasks as may be assigned / required

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum two years experience in a sales capacity selling B2B, preferably a sales representative level or higher**:

- Experience and/or knowledge of shopfitting
- Strong presentation skills
- Computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
- Lateral thinking
- Self-driven with a positive attitude

Your performance will be measured through KPIs such as achieving sales and margin targets, achieving new business targets, achieving agreed call ratios, and delivering monthly reports on time.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
