Our Customer Service team are genuinely excited to help our customers - parents, internal team members, schools, suppliers and partners. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues to resolve customer queries. You will ensure remarkable service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, whilst continuing to build the TeamKids brand offering. In addition, you will: - Work well under pressure - during our busy periods our amazing Customer Service team can take over 700 calls a day - Attention to detail - an important skill when dealing with enrolments, payments, and all administration - Strong conflict resolution - sometimes, customers aren't happy. It's the job of the incredible Customer Service team to work with customers to find a resolution and follow up feedback - Assisting in trouble shooting - our Customer Service team are all-rounders, and have been known to help with everything from customer account errors to printers not working - Team player - our Customer Service team are always ready to have a laugh, help each other out, assist any other departments, and to get stuff done - Knowledge and experience using Fully Booked is preferred but not essential - Knowledge of child care subsidy is a bonus - Hours are 9:00am -5:00pm during the school term, and 7:00am and 6:30pm during the school holidays **The perks** - Ongoing training and mentoring to help you succeed. - 5 weeks leave, including annual leave, quarterly "Me Days" and Birthday leave. - Discounts galore - retail, fuel, technology, movies, gym memberships and more. - 95% off TeamKids care for your own children if they attend one of our services. - Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives.
