**The Opportunity**

Our client is a wholly owned Australian company who have built their reputation supplying quality products of Industrial Textiles and Accessories within Australia, New Zealand and international markets.

They are currently look for an Internal Sales and Customer Service superstar to join their growing team. With a dynamic culture and great, friendly team, this role provides variety - and will keep you busy - but also provides great work/life balance with hours from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.

**You**

You will be proactive, organised and a great team-player who ideally has experience working for a distributor of mixed and technical products.

You are able to demonstrate your working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, and experience with SAP would be a big advantage. You must also have solid skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will be comfortable picking up the phone and calling customers, and aren't interested in sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. You will love taking orders, reaching out to inactive customers to generate sales, providing quotes and processing orders, all with a complete focus on providing the best possible customer service.

Experience in an industrial business or working with têxtiles is ideal (but not essential).
