**About us**

BLC is a commercial landscape construction company operating in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and surrounds, undertaking a range of external works including but not limited to landscaping, concreting, fencing, and civil work.

Due to the business's success, BLC is looking for a project coordinator with a good work ethic to join our great team.

**About the role**

This excellent opportunity will offer exposure to a diverse range of commercial landscape projects including parks, planned communities, recreation facilities, streetscapes and more.

The suitable applicant will be experienced in office or landscape work environments looking to advance their career as a project coordinator, or a qualified and experienced project coordinator.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Support project managers and estimators in the preparation of tender proposals ensuring that the tender process is structured and timely, ensuring the content is clear and concise and the proposals create an appealing visual impact.
- Format proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance.
- Coordinate document production and delivery.
- Ensure all necessary information is received to complete proposals to ensure all documentation complies with tender requirements.
- Source/compile non-technical content including CVs, company information, insurances, safety documentation.
- Assisting with preparations for presentations and content for interviews.
- Reading and understanding architect plans and specification drawings.
- Assist in compiling information for post tender reviews with clients.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, team leaders and authorities in a prompt and professional manner.
- Site and project preparation and handover; ensuring the site is ready and project packs are handed over to site foremen and team leaders with all necessary information.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontractor agreements and undertake other related administrative tasks.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role.
- Enthusiasm to learn, advance with a proactive collaborative attitude.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks and coordinating others to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Brand awareness/corporate identity; implement style guides, visuals and templates for high quality proposals.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
