This will be a 30 hours and 4 days per week opportunity.

**About the Position of Customer Support Officer**:
As MedAdvisor continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a part time Customer Support Officer to join our growing team This will be a minimum 30 hours per week position with the potential to grow into a full-time position in the future.
**As our Customer Support Officer, you will be**:
- Assisting all customers with Level 1/first point-of-contact support queries, escalating to appropriate support teams where required
- Providing assistant and guidance to Pharmacists for any technical error inquiries
- Managing inbound phone calls, chats, and logged tickets in a fast-paced environment
- Driving engagement across our various platforms
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders across business (you will have the opportunity to meet other departments and collaborate closely with them
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Previous experience in a similar customer support/receptionist/helpdesk role in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening skills with the ability to empathize your callers/customers
- Demonstrable experience in managing difficult customers
- Call centre experience working with high volume calls is desirable (eg insurance, banking, telecoms, health, contact centres)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of an ambitious team
- The ability to learn new technology quickly or a passion for exceptional customer service and new tech
- An ability to work flexible hours to accommodate calls from various states within Australia and New Zealand
