We are looking for 3 experienced Customer Support professionals to join our team who will bring a passion for helping customers achieve success with a view of creating and building long-lasting relationships This is a hybrid or remote opportunity.
**Who is MedAdvisor International?**
At MedAdvisor we design and develop software that improves people’s lives in the way they manage their medication, empowering them to feel more in control. Our free software connects individuals with their local pharmacy to assist them in taking their medication safely, effectively, and on time. We also drive health education and awareness through health campaigns and support programs.

Our co-founder, Josh, watched his mum struggle with more than ten different prescription medicines needed to manage her arthritis and Parkinson Disease. **The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide a first point of contact, and initial point of resolution for all **MedAdvisor** and **GuildLink’s** external customer support calls.
**As a Customer Support Officer, you will be**:
- Managing high volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Driving engagement across our various platforms
- Assisting our customers with Level 1 support queries
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders (both MedAdvisor & GuildLink) across the business
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of an ambitious team
- Active listening skills with the ability to empathize your callers/customers
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and technology
- Call centre experience working with high volume calls is desirable (e.g., insurance, telecoms, health, banking, contact centres, medical reception etc)
- The ability to learn new technology quickly or has great interest in learning new tech
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills
