As a property manager at our agency, you'll have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting inspections (entry, routine, exit)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Preparing leases and proactively managing lease renewals
- Assisting with marketing and advertising properties
- Attending to landlords, tradespeople, and tenants' queries
- General administration duties

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following:

- A current Real Estate Agents Certificate or License
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and administration skills
- A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently with excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
