RBR Property Consultants, together with RBR Holidays, are one of the most successful independent property groups on the Northern NSW & Southern Gold Coast. With a history dating back to the 1940s as Rainbow Bay Realty.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to work directly alongside our Selling Principal with 29 years of industry success. This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by one of the most respected professionals in the field while building your pathway to becoming a stand-alone sales agent.

About the Role

You'll be working closely with our principal, assisting in all aspects of the sales process. This role is perfect for someone who is task-focused, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience (real estate preferred but not essential).
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability.
  • Confident, professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Local knowledge of the Tweed & Southern Gold Coast area (advantageous).
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Real estate registration/certificate in QLD or NSW (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability to work Saturdays for open homes & buyer appointments (with a rostered day off during the week).
