Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to take your sales career to the next level, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generate New Listings and Drive Sales**: Actively engage in property market analysis to identify opportunities for new listings. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, from initial contact to contract exchange.
- **Leverage Social Media for Property Promotion**: Utilize social platforms to market properties effectively, attract qualified buyers, and enhance the company's digital presence.
- **Optimize Client Experience**: Work collaboratively with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client journey, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to individual needs.
- **Proactive Cold Calling and Appointment Setting**: Conduct strategic cold calls to build rapport with potential clients, book valuation appointments, and convert leads into listings.
- **Database Management and Business Development**: Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, manage client and prospect databases, and identify new business opportunities through regular market outreach.
- **Support in Display Suites and Property Inspections**: Assist in managing property viewings, open homes, and display suite operations, providing prospective buyers with comprehensive information and exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Agents Representative Certificate is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong desire to succeed in the real estate industry.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Valid driver license.

**Applications**:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
