**About the Role**:
We offer hybrid working and our office is based in South Wharf, on the Yarra River close to Docklands on the south-western fringe of Melbourne's CBD.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the role is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career and get involved in HR projects, assist in the employee development, and play a part in influencing strategic business decisions.

Your will develop your skills as a HR Professional and progress your career further as a HR Specialist or HR Generalist including HR Business Partner.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Provide a proactive, comprehensive and exceptional HR Service to both internal and external clients, in all areas of the business

Enhance the working environment and support the business in meeting its strategic objectives

Assist in the research, design and implementation of key HR initiatives to enhance employee experience across the business

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Graduate of Human Resources Management or Business Degree with HR focus

Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential

A good communicator, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in verbally

Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision

Excellent customer service orientation
