- **How you will make an impact**:

- Completing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and training records across personnel files and HR databases
- Assisting in the planning and communication of staff events
- Supporting the broader HR team as required

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (or working towards)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Confident in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
