**As a Human Resources Recruiter, you responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating recruitment activities, including designing and writing job ads, and posting adverts.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Coordinating the onboarding activities for new employees, including pre-employment checks and contract preparation.
- Ensuring that employee information, documentation and files are kept up to date.
- Ensuring HR records and staff files meet compliance requirements.
- Supporting the team as required with various employee engagement activities/initiatives
- Undertake general administrative duties
- Ad hoc reporting and coordination in project roll outs

**About You**
- You have a tertiary qualification related to HR or significant skills, knowledge, and experience
- Experience using Jobadder and/or FoundU an advantage
- Good organisation skills with a professional and efficient approach to work
- Administrative support to the for visa and sponsorship arrangements where required
- Excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to work autonomously and make pragmatic decisions in our fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, and to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling HR issues and enquiries
- Team orientated, prepared to get involved across the business and take on a variety of responsibilities and tasks to support the ongoing progression of the office
- Self-motivated and positive, can-do approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
