**About the Role**

Take the opportunity to make a difference by joining our People & Culture team as an HR Associate. This role is primarily focussed on using contemporary recruitment techniques and strategies to provide a structured, efficient recruitment, selection and onboarding service for the Association. You will have the chance to thrive in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where you will be able to use your experience to improve process and implement proactive talent acquisition plans.

This role is also responsible for:

- Providing advice and support to internal departments
- Building knowledge and confidence and forming trusted business partner relationships
- Maintaining relevant databases and HR Information Systems.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring and employee life-cycle activities
- Assisting with process improvement and policy review

**About You**
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to change and embrace new ways of doing things
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using and maintaining a Recruitment and/or HR Information System
- Experience in a compliance driven environment, including working rights
- COVID vaccination including booster (Government Mandate) and satisfactory results during clearances including a National Police Clearance.
