**About the role**:
As a Team Leader for our Super Hub, your main purpose will be to provide day to day management of our Super Hub branch network, while helping with member enquiries and educating our members in a face-to-face capacity, including the management of complex and escalated service issues.

This is an exciting opportunity, where you will have the opportunity to drive changes and articulate opportunities to better service our members and employers, while expanding the current Super Hub concept. Our Super Hub currently operates 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a small close-knit team. These important services include general super and tax topics, opening new accounts, eligibility criteria for various benefits, and calculation of benefits to name a few. You will also participate in programs across the operating portfolios to share the knowledge and experience of our member and employers.

**About you**:

- Proven experience supporting, leading and developing direct reports in a retail or call centre environment
- Proven experience delivering exceptional experiences in customer service
- Able to demonstrate superior communication and conflict management skills, managing challenging situations
- Experience in change management and project work
- Experience working in a busy team environment and prioritising to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in building rapport with internal and external customers
- A knowledge of superannuation and/or advice models, or financial services industry experience will be advantageous
- A friendly, caring, can-do approach to work is a must
