**What’s the role?**
This role is responsible for supporting the site in achieving volume, quality and efficiency standards in the printing, inserting, packaging and dispatch of our products with safety as a priority.
- Working across both the Press, Publishing and Reliability Departments you will drive a high performance culture that generates high quality products in a timely and efficient way.
- Identify and project manage process and cost reduction initiatives across Press and Publishing.
- Hold accountability for the production output on shift, ensuring that Team Leaders are clear on expectations for the shift, and adhere to the production plan.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues where required.
- Responsible for Weekly and Quarterly performance reporting
- The key point of contact for all internal and external (Commercial) customer queries/complaint resolution.

**Who are you?**
- Proven track record leading a team in a small operational site with heavy machinery and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with knowledge of performance evaluation, strong decision making skills and a results driven approach.
- Technical awareness and understanding of publishing and printing equipment (or similar)
- Proven track record in leading Health and Safety
- Can-do attitude with the ability to build team engagement.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
