We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Sales and Enablement Specialist
 to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape sales strategies, empower teams, and contribute to the success of a company that values development, positivity, and excellence.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives, training programs, and data-driven insights. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our sales teams and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through proactive partner engagement and sales activities.
  • Proactively engage with reseller partners through regular communication, including 50+ phone calls daily, to foster strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct webinars and workshops as sales tools to educate partners on Windows 10 End of Support (EOS) and Copilot+ PC.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs to enhance partner capabilities and drive sales.
  • Post social media content to drive awareness and engagement with partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure successful product adoption and sales growth.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of new PC models and features to partners, highlighting key benefits and use cases.
  • Gather and analyze market feedback from partners to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and resources to support partner education and sales efforts.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to promote products and build relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication with partners.
  • Track and report on partner engagement metrics, sales performance, and feedback to continuously improve enablement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, partner enablement, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to conduct 50+ daily calls to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, particularly for live webinars and workshops.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content that drives partner interaction and brand visibility.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and PC hardware is a plus.
