EML is a leading **Workers Compensation** and **Personal Injury Claims Management** business. The purpose of this role is to pro-actively and effectively manage claims and injury management aspects of a caseload of high-risk significant workers’ compensation claims within the legislation and achieve compliance with the Performance Measures.

The position also involves leading and supervising the day-to-day work activity, training and development of a high performing and customer-responsive team.

This will be a **permanent **position based in the **Adelaide** office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure team members achieve performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework.
- Utilise appropriate feedback to identify, oversee and foster an efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Oversight of team budget expenditure, if required.
- Effectively manage team resources and priorities.
- Ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to maximise performance revenue, report and use the insights.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within in in a fast-paced business environment
- Qualification aligned to Business, Commerce, Personal Injury Management or Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology or Exercise Sciences) advantageous.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite
